Hi,
Does anyone use or have something that interns use to reflect/comment/evaluate on their time after their rotations? Almost like a way to generate some feedback for the team to use in order to better support them, identify skills they want to work on or hoped to learn, how they think it went overall??

You can create a self evaluation sheet, similar to the Employment Planning Meeting script sheet.
