All,
We have created emails for interns in the past via gmail accounts. It's recently gotten more difficult to monitor because of verifications tied to skills trainer's phone numbers. Does anyone have a better way to manage accounts without so many hoops? I know security is of great importance and I don't want to compromise that. Your insight would be greatly appreciated!!

We have a PS Google number to use also that is tied to a generic PS email for us as staff (we don't use it for communication, it was previously used to store photos only). You can also go into past interns google accounts and remove yourself to add their own numbers for those who are no longer active in the program. That may free up some opportunities for you!

We use free Outlook accounts and we just add our emails as back ups for password resets and access codes, and it works out pretty well.
