There is an awesome financial literacy resource called Cents and Sensibility... not sure if everyone has seen this or not, but I find it super beneficial in my program. It is a TREMENDOUS resource and I feel like other programs could benefit from it as well.
I do this throughout the year a couple days a week and throw in lessons from PS on the other days. I also try to have different bankers from the community to come to the class and engage with our interns one on one. This year the local Teachers Credit Union will be coming to class and actually creating bank accounts for them as well. Hope everyone has a great year!
I tried to attach it but it's too big, so google it-- it's from a state resource in Pennsylvania, we ignore the state resource reference as I am in Texas.
