I'm curious as to how different teams operate. As the VR job coach is required to submit daily notes on each of the interns, do other teams assist this person in this task or is it solely the task of the Skills Trainer in your program. I have spoken with both types of programs, but would like to know what everyone else is doing.

At our Project SEARCH we have a separate job coach notes that is just for us that who ever works with the intern puts a note in their. On the notes that go into the state the skills trainers puts them in. Our personal job coach notes are a lot more detailed.

At our Project SEARCH site, the instructor and two skills trainers do the case noting. Whoever has seen the trainee that day will write up the case note.
