I've searched the board but didn't see anything- help
I am in a new position and have to hire our new instructor and skills trainer- I've always been the one being interviewed! Is there anywhere or can someone share a list of questions that I could use for an interview? At least something to get my brain on the right track.
Thanks!

Shawna these forms are what I was given 2 years ago, please make them relevant to your program. FYI, I haven't had to use them yet.= file:///C:/Users/EAEdwards2/Downloads/JCquestions24..pdf. See if this works

Shawna, After reviewing these I would also ask how they feel about "Dignity of Risk". That way you get a feel for them working with SE individuals and permitting them to make choices given all the information
