Guidance for Evidence for Interns

Is there any guidance from Project Search with regards to recording of evidence for interns please? Most of my interns handwrite their work, but one intern needs to use a laptop to produce written work. All interns have a variety of evidence anyway: written work, photos, etc. Thanks.
