Keeping Skills Trainer Engaged

The question has been asked - what is being done to keep Skills Trainers Engaged.
My Skills Trainer, myself and our Interns are all at our individual homes. We all have access to technology were we can get our Project SEARCH email and Zoom.
My Skills Trainer is an hourly staff member, there are things that she can do (and needs to be done) and I want her to continue earning a wage. At this time I am having my skills trainer do the following things:
- She is maintaining the "pay roll" of the Interns - they are paid every other week with "direct deposit" that she sets up and sends to them
- She set up a "Forgot to clock in or out" google form for the Interns to complete when they forget to clock in or out
- I had her create a visual to use with the Interns on downloading TimeStation to their phones so they can continue to clock in and out
- She marks off on a google sheets when Interns have wrote checks for various monthly bills
- She is participating in a Para-Educator ASD Training that was shared (this is from Autism and Tertiary Behavior Supports)
- She is working with an Intern via Zoom planning for Autism Awareness Day (this is a group effort, just an intern has a specific task and needed help with this individually)
- We will have a Zoom meeting for ESU 6 staff later in the week that she will join
- She joins us via zoom for our Project SEARCH class time
I email additional tasks that I need done to her. If there is a deadline then I also give that to her, but try to allow a few days in case there is technology difficulties (she is at home and does not have the best internet).
