What rating scale does everyone use for their EPM documents? We currently use a 1-5 rating system, but the team has found it to be too subjective and open to interpretation. To address this, we are considering moving to a 0-2 rating scale: 0: Unable to perform the task 1: Able to perform the task with support 2: Able to perform the task independently What has worked well for your team?
