4/4/2020 Topic: Checking on eveyone Ivonne Perez	Hello Erin I am glad you and your love ones are doing well. Here in Las Cruces everyone is in good health and we are working from home. We are taking advantage of all the training that were send to do them on line. Our interns are starting to use google classroom. We have been texting and calling interns and parents. We will hold our Steering Committee meeting this Thursday at 2:00 PM using google Meet. We have been holding meetings with the Larry, Olga, Michelle and Arlene just to check on interns and keeping up with the district protocol at this time. Thank you for checking on us. 4/4/2020 Topic: US School Closures Due to Coronavirus Ivonne Perez	As of 4/4/2020 our school district (Gadsden ISD- Project SEARCH-Good Samaritan, Las Cruces) is doing distance learning for the rest of the year. The student school year officially ending 5/21/2020. The district directive is of no person-to-person contact, and all our interns are now at their homes. We have been communicating via text, call and google meet with interns, parents and team.
