Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP)

Heather, thanks for posting. The COOP plan template was very helpful as a guiding tool for exploring possible scenarios for next year. We are still working on completing ours, but here is the jist:

Option #1: We return to host business (hospital) but classroom space is too small to house all staff and students safely. In this case we will look at either splitting the group in half and staggering the classroom times (one group in AM and one in PM); or moving instruction to one full day either off-site at another location or virtual.

Option #2: We cannot be on-site at the hospital at all for some or part of the year; we will re-located the program to a space in another local building owned by the hospital or an alternative space owned by either the school district or other program partners. We will consider setting up an "email mentoring" program with a staff person in each department while also looking for alternative community internship placements with businesses who are open.
