Hi everyone, My favorite things about the conference are the sessions, the networking, and mostly - the people! Thank you so much to everyone who traveled to Anaheim to attend. It was a great few days and we can't wait to see you in Baltimore. |

I'm so pleased you liked Katherine's information and style. We're working to figure out how to incorporate some of her information into our curriculum. |

This is a tough one Meaghan and wouldn't be allowable at our hospital. Is he willing to wear gloves that he changes frequently and when required? |

I can Kelly. On the portal, go to Toolkit. Under Toolkit, look at Model Fidelity. That tool describes the Project SEARCH model requirements, including our criteria for employment outcomes. Let me know if you want to talk. |

I'm interested in talking to teams who have programs in medium size hospitals - approximately 150-200 beds. Particularly interested in how you've developed internships in small departments. |

Hi Carolyn, There's a good example in the resource guide in the Section on internships. I-13. It can be adapted as needed and used on the computer or paper. I'm sure other folks have good ones as well. |

Hi Erin! I also have a question regarding outcome criteria, and couldn't find the answer on the model fidelity toolkit. We had an intern who was successfully employed by graduation and satisfied all the outcome criteria; however, he was recently fired from that position due to something that happened outside of work. Due to those outside circumstances, he will be unemployed as of our employment reporting deadline (3/7/20). Would he be counted as satisfying the outcome criteria since he successfully completed the program and got a job, or would he count as not employed since he will not have a job as of the reporting deadline?
Thanks for your help! Brooke and I are both new at reporting the outcomes so we appreciate the assistance |

Hey Bonnie, I'm sure you've seen these documents but in case others haven't I'm attaching U.S.D.O.E. funding guidance called Increasing Postsecondary Opportunities and Success for Students and Youth with Disabilities. I'm also attaching WINTAC's recent guidance on Project SEARCH and Measurable Skill Gains. I'm encouraged by both documents and will be interested in how various states apply and interpret the information. |

Thanks for both of these suggestions. Couldn't agree more. By holding them back you send a message to them, their families, and the business that you take safety seriously. |

I'm hearing that some hospitals have shut down the ability to access YouTube, which means that the instructor can't access the curated video library for use in the morning during curriculum. Anyone else finding this to be true at their businesses? |
