2/2/2021 Topic: Virtual Selection Day Karina Tweedell

Interested to hear from those of you who have some experience running your selection event entirely virtually. How did you structure it? What tips do you have for someone who's planning to do it this time around? We were lucky to be able to do our selection in-person prior to the pandemic last year, but would need to be 100% virtual with all our activities this year. We were thinking to ask the candidates to do a couple hands-on stations(following directions to fold a shirt for sale, wash their hands properly) and do an interview that would incorporate some aspects of customer service station and usual interview questions we'd have normally.
