Host Site/SEARCH Combined Job Descriptions

Hi All!
I'm the skills trainer for a new program this year. I'm trying to create job descriptions that are department specific for our interns! We want to go over these job descriptions with the interns each rotation. The host site would like us to incorporate their job descriptions with Project SEARCH expectations. Does anybody have something like this? I would just like to see an example as I'm a bit stuck on how to get started.

Hi All!
I would love to hear ideas on how sites do their skills day! This is our second year in a host site and we've done skills day differently each year.
We've done where we had pre-determined stations (vacuuming, setting a table, data entry, interviewing, etc) set up for interns in a large room and interns rotate through. This year we scheduled times with each department and students so they could be in the department for about 15 minutes trying skills.
We are looking for ideas for next year as both years we've had pros and cons. Thanks! |

Hello! We do a short celebration ceremony, about 45 minutes. We do the first 15 minutes is an open house. 1) Prior to graduation all of our interns are given the option to decorate their hat and do a graduation board. The graduation board is a trifold cardboard similar to what's used at a science fair. We allow about 15 minutes for people to come look at the boards and visit with the interns and their families. 2) The next 20-30 minutes is a short ceremony. We've done both a video and a slideshow. We include pictures of each internship along with what students did. In the past we've included managers and coworkers in the video saying congrats and good luck to the interns. 3) During the ceremony we've had various speakers such as the CEO of our host site, our SPED Director, Business Liaison, etc speak. We also then do candy certification awards and present certificates of completion. 4) We include family, managers, mentors/coworkers, and our SEARCH team.
