We have gotten our banners right from the Project SEARCH website marketplace twice in the past. Probably would be your best bet. They are horizontal though, but work just as good across the front of tables or behind them on a wall. Here is a link:

We use free Outlook accounts and we just add our emails as back ups for password resets and access codes, and it works out pretty well. |
