Does anyone have lessons on how to give good customer service? I have an intern that does not always recognize/understand how to help the customer, to make small talk, have body language that makes them approachable, know how to end the customer interaction by saying, "have a nice day", etc.

Hi, I wish I had a readily available lesson to send you, but I don't. I did look on the site Teachers Pay Teachers and they have some great options. It might be worth a look
