New Host Business Need Help Recruiting Departments

We are moving host businesses from a hospital to a communitu college. I have looked high and low for documents we had when we initially began recruiting departments and am coming up empty. Even the documents we have that we had been using to recruit within the hospital have a tone to them that implies familiarity with the program. Does anyone have introductory letters that have been successful in recruiting departments and valuable/meaingful work?

Tim,
We are moving from a Walmart Distribution Center to a college this year as well. Susie sent me a list of jobs that have been identified at previous college programs. Additionally my SPED director and I are going to tour a couple of programs in colleges in order to see what it looks like and ask questions. Let me know if you find some good documents!

We also will be moving to a community college setting. We were located at a hospital until last year, then spent a year at a interim site until the college opened back up to on-campus teaching. I will be interested in seeing more material and hearing how your transitions go.
