Intern moves after completing program

I have an Intern who completed the program last May, He had a job, then he moved and does not receive any services from us anymore. How do I input the data.

That's a great question, I have a couple of individuals with similar situations. One withdrew from services and moved to Missouri, and the other decided he wanted to go to college.

I input the job, as I am still providing services. Once we are no longer providing services, I mark them as Lost to Follow Up.

Hi folks! Great questions.
If you have knowledge of graduates' employment or next steps, please input that information in the database regardless of whether they move, etc. Whether your partner orgnization made the placement also does not matter for the data collection. Thanks!
