Correspondence to selected interns

Hello Canadian PS site friends,
Was wondering what is the best practice when it comes to correspondence with the interns selected (i.e. selection letter and welcome letter). Do you use the school boards letterhead or have you been using the logos of all partners in your correspondence? I was hoping to convey the message of teamwork, partnership and collaboration.

Hi Andrea,
Winnipeg is coordinated differently, but we use letter head with all of our partners that is unique to Project SEARCH Winnipeg.

We have a letter with all partners that goes to the intern, we let their school staff give it out (so they know the intern has been accepted, and we do a Signing Day ceremony before the interns start.
