Has anyone developed internships for a student intern that is in a wheelchair? This would be a site at an Embassy Suites. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning. I have an intern that uses a walker daily. He is not able to stand for more than 2 minutes at a time. We are in the hospitality industry at the Sheraton hotel. He has been able to work in the laundry room during his first rotation and is working as a busser currently. We have been able to provide seating for him in both areas. He primarily was responsible for sorting napkins and pillowcases, and folding towels while in laundry. As a busser he is working on shining silverware and glasses. He also rolls silverware for the restaurant. We are working to get him possibly in security next rotation. He will be able to monitor cameras, answer phone call, take messages, and check out keys to employees.
