Hello!
I have a question about skills trainers. Are there any instructors out there who make a "job coaching schedule" for their skills trainers? I noticed one as part of the curriculum. If you do, I'd love to hear your tips and advice for implementing some type of schedule with all the different partnerships involved. Thanks in advance!

Hi Erin,
Many instructors do daily agendas at the start of the morning or the afternoon before but many are done with the skills trainers as part of the discussion.

Hey Erin,
Making a schedule is so important. Be sure to include quick "check in" meetings at the end of the day. This allows an agenda based off the needs of the interns and builds collaboration within the team. It is easy to get so busy you forget to debrief and adjust.
