Do any sites use alternative long term support funding options like PASS plans, IRWEs, Ticket-To-Work, etc, to fund long term follow along job coaching?

Molly, I know Briggs does Ticket to Work in Georgia and most likely all the additional funding sources. They are very resourceful!

Molly,
Here in NJ, if the graduate is eligible for DDD, we utilize long term support thru their budget.

In New Mexico for eligible Interns we use the DD Waiver, State General Funds and a Transition to Employment Grant for Job Coaching and Follow Along supports. As we are an EN, we would be able to use Ticket to Work to support Follow Along services if an individual has a Ticket they wish to assign to us.

Tennessee uses Ticket to Work as follow along services. We make referrals to Employment First Choices for our interns seeking employment. I have not used PASS but I have heard others talk about it. We encourage businesses about the tax credit for hiring people with disabilities.
