Please share the sources and flexibility of your funding to allow continuous services from Providers for secure continuation.

Wisconsin is still funding all PS services. We do not have restrictions around how to provide virtual training. From April-June we provided supplement COVID payments for our providers to ensure placement and continuation of services. Our state is all over the place for how they will be returning. Molly and I meet with our site instructors on a monthly basis. We also meet with sites as needed. We have asked all our 30 sites to develop COOP and share them with us. We had creative virtual training happen before the year ended. One of our sites developed rotations within the intern's home. They developed check lists for them to complete each task as well as using Zoom to watch them do the task. Our sites used virtual job shadows and interview training as well. Our instructors also developed a Google Drive to share all their curriculum. Our skills trainers met daily with each student to talk about placement in the community. Going forward DVR plans to continue funding regardless of in-person or virtual. Our end goal is employment, so we know they will need to engaged in our services.
