7/14/2022 Topic: Intern Agreement/Contract Brian Benoit

Hi everyone, Was trying to come up with an agreement/contract for the interns at our site. We want to have them sign a document stating the code of conduct to be respectful, practice active listening, and adhere to the dress code. Does anyone have a document that they've implemented in the past that I can use as a baseline. Thank you -Brian Benoit
