1/29/2020 Topic: Assessment day tasks Sharmey Holloman	I am working on developing new assessment day tasks. I would like to assess in the areas of communication such as asking for help, following directions, and taking initiative. I find that these skills are what many interns need to strengthen.I am trying to develop activities that focuses on these skills. I find that the students who are strong in these areas do quite well, because it makes the hard skills easier to acquire. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

3/22/2020 Topic: CoronaVirus Sharmey Holloman	Excellent ideas and very helpful! Thank you. Please post any other ideas you may come up with. I will do the same. Our district has gone to remote learning as well. Remote learning is quite different for students who spend 4 hours of the day on a work site, as much of the instruction is driven by experiences they have on the job.
