4/30/2020 Topic: Host sites under Covid 19 Stephanie Brasley	I had this same question as many of the PS are in hospitals. Hopefully, we will be ale to return at some point, but if we can't it is really looking at what are some alternatives. I will begin to have these conversations with our host site business liaison and Advisory Board to begin doing some planning. Good luck as you navigate through these uncharted waters that we are all in.
4/20/2021 Topic: Graduation Stephanie Brasley	Hi, Last year we did a Graduation Parade where the interns decorated the vehicles they were driving in and we were escorted around the hospital campus. Many of the staff came out with signs to congratulate the interns. This year I am struggle a bit more as although there are still restrictions in place there are also more people coming in and out of the hospital making the parade a little more difficult to pull off. I am hesitant about doing everything virtual, but it might be the way I have to go. I would love some ideas as to what other sites are doing this year.
12/27/2022 Topic: Lunch and Learn Stephanie Brasley	I am looking for any tips on how to organize a Lunch and Learn for interns. I have done a google search and I looked on the portal to see if I could get some ideas ,but I haven't found a lot that is specific to Project SEARCH. I would love to hear if anyone has organized an event like this and what did you learn from this experience.
6/19/2023 Topic: Marketing/Information Sharing within Host Business Stephanie Brasley	Hi Marcy, Thank you for sharing your video. It provided me with some ideas, as I too have seen a lot of turnover in the last few years with the managers and mentors we work with. I like the idea of having a video that I can share with the new individuals I will be working with to support the interns.
6/21/2023 Topic: Appearance- hair Stephanie Brasley	Hi, I have a question about colored hair. We have an incoming intern who has dyed her hair purple. Although we see people at the host business with colored hair, I wasn't sure since we are trying to teach best practices that I should ask that hair should be a natural color for the period they are participating in the program. Just looking for some thoughts on this from other sites. Thank you.
