10/1/2024 Topic: Voc Fit timeline question Nikki Baldwin	Hello! We are fairly new to using Voc Fit and are trying to determine best practices. When adding the new interns for this year, should we do the Voc Fit assessment BEFORE we add their first internship (which asks for Voc Fit info) or do we add them in and enter the skills they will be using on the Voc Fit drop downs and then do the Voc Fit assessment later when we have more observation data? 10/15/2024 Topic: Change in PS leadership at site - now what!? Nikki Baldwin	Hello, Who do I contact to add our new program coordinator? The person who had access to edit the portal is no longer employed with us and our new leader needs to be added so she can edit and access trainings. I tried the State Coordinator but didn't hear back.
