Hi Erin! I also have a question regarding outcome criteria, and couldn't find the answer on the model fidelity toolkit. We had an intern who was successfully employed by graduation and satisfied all the outcome criteria; however, he was recently fired from that position due to something that happened outside of work. Due to those outside circumstances, he will be unemployed as of our employment reporting deadline (3/7/20). Would he be counted as satisfying the outcome criteria since he successfully completed the program and got a job, or would he count as not employed since he will not have a job as of the reporting deadline?

Thanks for your help! Brooke and I are both new at reporting the outcomes so we appreciate the assistance smile

Hi Johnny,
If the intern held the job for 90 days or more, the job will be counted as a successful outcome. If the intern is working in a different job at the time of reporting in March, we will give him the benefit of the doubt and count that as a successful outcome as well.
Thanks for your question! Molly
